Time & Attendance

⭐ New Features

  • Added a print button    to the Who’s In feature.
    • Once clicked, the Who’s In is downloaded as a PDF report, which can be printed.

🚀  Improvements 

  • Updated the UI of the "New Time Off" modal displayed within the Employee Timesheets.

 

Scheduling

⭐ New Features

  • Added the “Start Time” and “End Time” filters to the Advanced Filter(s) of the Scheduler.
    • The “Start Time” and “End Time” filters can be used to display shifts that overlap the specified time frame.

🚀  Improvements 

  • Updated the UI of the "New Time Off" modal displayed within the Scheduler.

 

Human Resources

🚀  Improvements 

  • Improved the UI when creating a "Shift Length" Compliance rule.

 

Time Off

🚀  Improvements 

  • Holidays on the Scheduler now display the duration of the scheduled time off.

 

Employee Management

🚀  Improvements 

  • Employees with a Hire Dates in the future now have a “Pending” Employment Status automatically.
  • When an employee’s Pay Period Frequency is updated in the middle of the pay period, they are now present in the Pay Period Overview.

 

Platform 

⭐ New Features

  • Added the Import Punches feature
    • Raw punches and time segments can now be imported via CSV file.

🔥  Hotfixes

  • Fixed a Security Groups issue where the “My Availability” Privilege was not available for some accounts.

 

Reports/Exports

🚀  Improvements 

  • When running reports with the “Use Pay Period” setting enabled, the Employee selector now only displays employees within the selected Pay Period

🔥  Hotfixes

  • Fixed a Timesheet Detailed export issue where the Time Code columns did not display the relative information.

🔧  Fixes

  • Fixed an Employee Data report issue where descending “Order by” options could not be selected.
