Time & Attendance

🚀  Improvements 

  • An employee’s full name is now displayed when hovered in the Pay Period Overview and Employee Timesheet.

🔥  Hotfixes

  • Fixed an Employee Timesheet issue where, after assigning an employee to a new Pay Period Configuration, the employee’s punches were recorded on the old timesheet.
  • Fixed a Pay Period Overview issue where Compensation and Overtime rule changes made in the past were not reflected in the total dollar amount displayed in the Pay Period Overview for future pay periods.
  • Fixed an Employee Timesheet issue in the web app when adding a time entry as a manager where the entered/selected punch time was not applied unless was clicked after the selection.

🔧  Fixes

  • Fixed a Who’s In issue where no more than 100 employees could be displayed in the list.

Scheduling

🚀  Improvements 

  • Added the “Start Time” and “End Time” filters to the Advanced Filter(s) of the Scheduler.
    • The “Start Time” and “End Time” filters can be used to display shifts that overlap the specified time frame.
  • Improved the “For the” weekly assignment text labels when adding a shift to the Scheduler and Shift Planner.
  • Added a tooltip to the Monthly View of the Scheduler that states the following:
    • “Some shifts may be missing from the monthly view. Please use another view to see missing shifts (e.g. 2 Weeks by Employee)”

🔥  Hotfixes

  • The Scheduler Read Basic Privilege now independently provides access to view the Calendar in the web app and mobile app.
  • Fixed a Schedule Plan issue where the Scheduler could not be accessed on some accounts.

Time Off

🚀  Improvements

  • The full text within a Time Off Request note is now displayed via mouseover in the Review Requests tab.

🔧  Fixes

  • Fixed a Time Taken & Balances issue where edited notes could not be saved.
  • Fixed a display issue in the “Who is covered by this policy?” section of the Policy Plan where the Company Scope box could not be visually unchecked once selected.

Human Resources

🚀  Improvements 

  • When adding a “Minimum hours required” Compliances rule, the Employee Type field now supports multi-selection.
  • Template file previews in the mobile app now close after navigating away.

🔧  Fixes

  • The “Assign asset” workflow is no longer duplicated.

Employee Management

🚀  Improvements 

  • The cancel and checkmark buttons no longer overlap the “Termination Date” text when terminating an employee as a manager.

Integrations

⭐ New Features

  • QuickPay can now be configured in the Integrations section of the Global Settings.

Platform 

🚀  Improvements 

  • Work Hours Definition rules can now be assigned through the Assignment Scope in the Human Resources Global Settings options.
  • The "Promote to Administrator” ellipsis option now automatically sets the selected System User to Super Admin status.
  • Security Groups with active employee assignments can no longer be archived.
  • Improved spelling and grammar across the platform.

  • Fixed an Initial Setup Wizard issue where the Geolocation Tracking (Required) setting could not be applied.
  • Fixed a Billing & Subscriptions issue where the number of active users was not displayed for some accounts.

Reports/Exports

🚀  Improvements 

  • Reports now display updated results after selecting different employees with the Employee Advanced Filter and running the report.

  • The Employee List and Employee Profile Report Types now support the Date, Time, and Date/Time Custom Fields in the report columns.
  • The Availability report no longer displays archived availabilities.
  • Changed the "Show Schedule Report" setting name to "Schedule Report” when adding a scheduled recurrency for a Schedules report.
  • Changed the “View Type” field name to “Report Type” when adding/editing Time Off reports.
  • Added the “Ticketnumber” field to the Extra Params options of the Sage 50 out-of-the-box export.

🔧  Fixes

  • Fixed a Time Off reports issue when running a Request History report with the “Tags” Report Column where an operation error would occur.
  • Fixed a Timesheet report issue when using the “Use Date Range” and additional filters where an error would occur for some accounts.

Time Clocks & Kiosk

🚀  Improvements 

  • Improved the “Success” message when using GroupClock with QuickPunch.

🔧  Fixes

  • Fixed a Kiosk issue where the search bar did not filter results when searching for a Job.

Job Costing

🔧  Fixes

  • Fixed a Clock In/Out issue in the mobile app where Projects were not displayed until searched for.
    • This issue only affected accounts with a large number of Projects.

Dashboard (Widgets)

🚀  Improvements 

  • Inactive/terminated employees are no longer listed in the Who is Out widget.

🔧  Fixes

  • Fixed a Who is Out Widget issue where the date selector was hidden behind other widgets.
