Navigation: Products → Time and Attendance → Timesheets
Send hours and payables from WorkEasy timesheets to a QuickPay batch for payroll.
Who can do this: Time and Attendance administrators, once a QuickPay company is connected. The option is available with any pay period status.
Before you send
Send pay data as the last step of your payroll process. WorkEasy doesn't check timesheet approval before sending, so make sure all timesheets for the pay period are correct and approved first.
Send pay data
Go to Products → Time and Attendance → Timesheets and open the pay period.
Click the pay period status button. Its label shows the current status, for example In Process.
Select Send To Quick Pay.

In Account ID, enter the company's QuickPay Client ID, and then click OK.

Select the QuickPay Template and Batch.

Select the employees to include. All employees are selected by default.
Click Send.
QuickPay validates the data. Valid data is added to the batch. If the upload is rejected, WorkEasy shows the reason.
What WorkEasy sends
WorkEasy sends one line per employee, pay code and day. Only time codes and payables linked to a QuickPay code in Earn Code Mapping are sent.
Fix a batch after payroll is finalized
If a batch needs changes after payroll is finalized in QuickPay, contact QuickPay customer support to correct it or create a new batch.
