Navigation: Global Settings → Integrations → QuickPay
Use this checklist to prepare WorkEasy before you connect a QuickPay company. Setting these up first helps the employee sync and pay data mapping work the first time.
Access and credentials
Administrator access to WorkEasy. You need access to Global Settings → Integrations.
The company's QuickPay Client ID. The Client ID identifies the company in QuickPay. You don't need a QuickPay user name or password. Each Client ID can be connected only once.
A connection name. Choose a name that is unique in your account. Names of disconnected connections are also taken, and you can't change the name after you connect.
Groups for locations, departments and job titles
Locations always go to the WorkEasy location group. You don't need to set this up.
Departments need a WorkEasy group to receive them. This is required.
Job titles can go to a WorkEasy group that you select as Position. This is optional.
Pay schedules
WorkEasy assigns each employee the pay schedule that matches their QuickPay pay frequency: Weekly, Bi-weekly, Semi-monthly or Monthly. Other frequencies use Weekly.
Create a WorkEasy pay schedule for every frequency your employees use. If one is missing, the employee sync fails.
Time codes and payables
During setup, you link each QuickPay pay code to a WorkEasy time code or payable. Codes that aren't linked aren't sent. Set Default links these QuickPay codes when they exist in both systems:
Time codes: REG (regular), O/T (overtime), PTO, HOLS (holiday), SICK, VAC (vacation).
Payables: BONUS, EXPS (expenses), COMMISSION.
Employee numbers
If you turn on Prefix CompanyCode to EmpNumber, the prefixed number is also the employee ID sent to QuickPay. Turn it on only if it matches the employee IDs in QuickPay.
Sending pay data
To send pay data to QuickPay, you need to be a Time and Attendance administrator.
