      Time & Attendance

      🔥  Hotfixes

      • Added the “Pay Approved Hours As” option to the Review Out of Shift options in the Employee Timesheets.
      • Fixed an Employee Timesheets issue where the AM and PM selectors were not selectable within the Google Chrome browser.

      🔧  Fixes

      • Fixed an Employee Timesheets issue where, after changing the Time Zone of a Location, the first day of the pay period did not display any timesheet information for employees assigned to the Location.

      • Fixed a Pay Period Overview issue where automatic hours were not reflected in the Worked Hours totals.

      • Fixed an Employee Timesheets issue when using the "Move to next pay period“ option where only one punch could be moved.
      • Fixed an Employee Timesheets issue when a Salary Exempt employee was terminated where the Gross Payment displayed was incorrect.
      • Fixed a Who’s In issue where the Job Costing details were not displayed in the PDF when printing the Who's in.
      • Fixed a Who’s in issue where attempting to open the Map resulted in an error.

       

      Scheduling

      🚀  Improvements 

      • When bulk archiving shifts in the Scheduler, added the Time Off tab.
        • Scheduled time off can now be archived in bulk with the time off filters.
      • Scheduled shifts can now be archived from the Monthly view of the Scheduler.
      • Published shifts can now be dragged and dropped to another employee in the Scheduler.
        • Shifts are canceled for employee A and assigned to employee B.
      • The daily totals at the bottom of the Scheduler now display the "Planned Hours" and the "Planned Hours Amount Total" instead of the "Actual" worked hours total.

      🔥  Hotfixes

      • Fixed a Scheduler issue when using the Employee Groups or Employee General Advanced filter(s) where the ellipsis options applied to all employees.

      🔧  Fixes

      • Fixed a Weekly Patterns issue where attempting to edit a Weekly Pattern resulted in an Invalid Transaction error.
      • Fixed a Scheduler issue where, after updating an employee’s Hire Date from a future date to a previous date, shifts could not be added.
      • Fixed a Scheduler issue when bulk editing shifts where the Advanced Filter(s) displayed the Job Selector when Job Costing was disabled in the Schedule Plan.
      • Fixed a Scheduler issue where employees could not be selected when adding scheduled shifts in the “Weekly by Team Staffing” view.

       

      Time Off

      🚀  Improvements 

      • Holidays within Holiday Rules can now use the same name as Holidays within other Holiday Rules.
      • Holidays are now unassigned from terminated/archived employees following the termination/archival effective dates.
      • When employees are moved from one Dynamic Group to another, employees are now unassigned from the previous Group with the effective date and added to the new Group with the effective date.

      • Fixed a Time Off Requests issue where the status filter displayed inaccurate results.
      • Fixed a time off request email notification issue where employees did not receive email notifications for time off requests with requested dates more than 1 month in the future.

       

      Human Resources

      • Fixed a Security Groups issue where the “Manage Document Request” Privilege did not provide access to the Document Requests feature.

      🔧  Fixes

      • Fixed a My Profile Documents issue in the mobile app where shared documents were not displayed.

       

      Integrations

      🚀  Improvements 

      • Improved the error message when the BambooHR integration employee synchronization fails due to a required Group.

      🔥  Hotfixes

      • Fixed an issue where the QuickBooks Online integration could not be enabled.

       

      Platform 

      ⭐ New Features

      • Added the Frozen Punches Feature
        • Added the Frozen Punches Exception to the Exceptions widget in the web app and mobile app.
        • Added the Frozen Punches tile to the Exceptions feature.
        • Added the Frozen Punches tab to the Employee Timesheets.

      🚀  Improvements 

      • Improved spelling and grammar across the platform.

      🔥  Hotfixes

      • Fixed an Initial Setup Wizard issue where the Administrator email & name entered did not replace the email & name provided in the purchasing process.
      • Fixed a Dynamic Group issue where the list of employees assigned to the Group in the backend was incomplete.

      🔧  Fixes

      • Fixed an Initial Setup Wizard issue when configuring Automatic Breaks where the "deduct after working" value could be less than the break duration.

       

      Reports/Exports

      ⭐ New Features

      • Added the “Timesheet Status” Report Type to the Time & Attendance reports.
      • Added the “Employee Asset Assignments” Report Type to the Employee reports.

      🚀  Improvements 

      • When adding/editing a Questionnaire Summary report, the "Use Employee Full Name" option has been removed.
      • Questionnaire reports now display decimals entered in Number questions.
      • Added the “Next (x) of weeks” recurrency option when adding/editing Schedules reports.
      • Added the Punch Location column to the Export Field options for the List of Punches Data Provider.

      🔥  Hotfixes

      • Fixed an Employee reports issue when running the Employee Notes report where using the Tags filter resulted in an operation error.
      • Fixed a Schedules reports issue where attempting to run the Open shifts Weekly By Criteria report resulted in an operation error.
      • Added the Job Tracking Timesheet Daily Summary (Per Pay Period) Export Data Provider.
      • Added the following Export Field columns to the Timesheet Detailed (Per Pay Period) Data Provider:
        • Clock In Location Name
        • Clock In Location Code
        • Clock Out Location Name
        • Clock Out Location Code

      • Thumbnails of deleted selfie enrollment photos are no longer visible on time clock devices when selfie enrollment photos are deleted from the web app and when employees are terminated.

       

      Dashboard (Widgets)

      🚀  Improvements 

      • The colors of the used and available hours on the Time Off Balance Widget have been reversed.

      • Added the following validation message to the Time Off Requests Widget:
        • Amount of hours allowed per policy period exceeded

      🔧  Fixes

      • Fixed an Approaching Overtime Widget issue where results were not displayed on the first day of the pay period.
