Time & Attendance
🔥 Hotfixes
- Added the “Pay Approved Hours As” option to the Review Out of Shift options in the Employee Timesheets.
- Fixed an Employee Timesheets issue where the AM and PM selectors were not selectable within the Google Chrome browser.
🔧 Fixes
- Fixed an Employee Timesheets issue where, after changing the Time Zone of a Location, the first day of the pay period did not display any timesheet information for employees assigned to the Location.

Fixed a Pay Period Overview issue where automatic hours were not reflected in the Worked Hours totals.
- Fixed an Employee Timesheets issue when using the "Move to next pay period“ option where only one punch could be moved.
- Fixed an Employee Timesheets issue when a Salary Exempt employee was terminated where the Gross Payment displayed was incorrect.
- Fixed a Who’s In issue where the Job Costing details were not displayed in the PDF when printing the Who's in.
- Fixed a Who’s in issue where attempting to open the Map resulted in an error.
Scheduling
🚀 Improvements
- When bulk archiving shifts in the Scheduler, added the Time Off tab.
- Scheduled time off can now be archived in bulk with the time off filters.
- Scheduled shifts can now be archived from the Monthly view of the Scheduler.
- Published shifts can now be dragged and dropped to another employee in the Scheduler.
- Shifts are canceled for employee A and assigned to employee B.
- The daily totals at the bottom of the Scheduler now display the "Planned Hours" and the "Planned Hours Amount Total" instead of the "Actual" worked hours total.

- Fixed a Scheduler issue when using the Employee Groups or Employee General Advanced filter(s) where the ellipsis options applied to all employees.
🔧 Fixes
- Fixed a Weekly Patterns issue where attempting to edit a Weekly Pattern resulted in an Invalid Transaction error.
- Fixed a Scheduler issue where, after updating an employee’s Hire Date from a future date to a previous date, shifts could not be added.
- Fixed a Scheduler issue when bulk editing shifts where the Advanced Filter(s) displayed the Job Selector when Job Costing was disabled in the Schedule Plan.
- Fixed a Scheduler issue where employees could not be selected when adding scheduled shifts in the “Weekly by Team Staffing” view.
Time Off
🚀 Improvements
- Holidays within Holiday Rules can now use the same name as Holidays within other Holiday Rules.
- Holidays are now unassigned from terminated/archived employees following the termination/archival effective dates.
- When employees are moved from one Dynamic Group to another, employees are now unassigned from the previous Group with the effective date and added to the new Group with the effective date.

- Fixed a Time Off Requests issue where the status filter displayed inaccurate results.
- Fixed a time off request email notification issue where employees did not receive email notifications for time off requests with requested dates more than 1 month in the future.

- Fixed a Security Groups issue where the “Manage Document Request” Privilege did not provide access to the Document Requests feature.
