We’ve added some thoughtful updates to help make your day a little easier. Whether you’re reviewing schedules, editing timesheets, or managing clock-ins, these improvements are designed to save you time and give you more flexibility. 🚀

Enhancements

Devices

Photo requirement now supported for clock in/out

The system now supports requiring employees to take a photo when clocking in or out via the WorkEasy web kiosk. A new Photo Required setting has been added under Reporting Hours. When enabled, employees must take a photo and have camera permissions granted for the punch to be recorded.

Questionnaire screen now easier to read and tap

We’ve improved the questionnaire layout on time clocks: Radio buttons are larger, questions have more space between them, and scrolling is easier to spot. This makes answering questions faster and more accurate.

Scheduling

Custom date/time range now available for “Daily by Employee” and “Weekly by Employee” schedule reports

Schedulers can now define a Start Date and End Date when generating the Daily by Employee and Weekly by Employee schedule reports. This enhancement allows users to display only the shifts that fall within a specific date/time range, eliminating confusion caused by shifts that span across multiple days.

Schedule reports now display more employees per page when printed

The Daily by Employee, Weekly by Employee, and 2 Weeks by Employee schedule reports have been enhanced to display more employees per page when printed.

View shift notes by hovering over a shift

Admins and employees can now simply hover their mouse over a shift to see the shift note, no extra clicks needed. You’ll also notice updated shift times and icons for faster recognition.

Integrations

New setting to control how far in advance time off syncs from ADP

A new dropdown setting, Sync approved time off [X] month(s) in advance, has been added under the Other Settings tab in the ADP Workforce Now integration. This setting allows admins to control how far in advance approved time off from ADP is synced into WorkEasy.

Available options:

  • 1 month (default)

  • 3 months

  • 6 months

  • 12 months

Behavior details:

  • Approved time off in the past will continue to sync 1 month back, regardless of selection.

  • Approved time off in the future will sync based on the selected option.

This enhancement supports organizations with long-range leave planning needs by increasing visibility into future approved time off.
