Time and Attendance

Web Kiosk supports full clock-in workflow when photo capture is required

Employees using the Web Kiosk with Photo Required can now complete every step smoothly. The process flows seamlessly through Comments, Break Waiver, Job Selection, Photo, Questionnaire, and Validations, with break waivers and attestations displaying correctly during both clock out and break start.


Web Kiosk now supports unscheduled clock-ins when the punch restriction setting is enabled

The Web Kiosk now honors the existing Allow employees to punch when they do not have a scheduled shift option under Global Settings > Time Tracking > Punch Restrictions. When this setting is turned on, employees without a scheduled shift can clock in as expected. When it’s off, unscheduled clock-ins remain restricted, and margin rules still apply.


Android app now displays questionnaire text correctly

The WorkEasy Software mobile app (version 2.0.65) now fully supports Dark Mode on Android devices, ensuring that all questionnaire text and in-app content are clearly visible for a smoother clock-in and clock-out experience.


Scheduling

The employee totals and grand totals in the scheduler now align across daily views

Scheduler totals now calculate consistently across daily views, providing accurate and aligned employee and grand totals, even when overnight shifts include estimated breaks that start before midnight.


Shift patterns now update correctly after future-dated employee group changes

When an employee’s group is updated with a future effective date, the system now automatically generates shifts using the new group’s pattern from that date forward, keeping schedules accurate and up to date without manual adjustments. Published shifts and related workflows continue to run smoothly.


Integrations

ADP Workforce Now location sync now includes time zone mapping

The ADP Workforce Now integration now automatically applies the correct time zone to each synced location. For U.S. locations, the system detects the state and assigns the matching time zone automatically. For example, Florida maps to the Eastern/New York time zone. If any locations come from ADP Workforce Now with a different country other than the United States, the system will use the default time zone in WorkEasy Software.


ADP RUN search field now keeps employee data visible when typing

The ADP RUN integration now keeps the employee list visible while typing in the Search Employee by Name field. The table now remains visible while the user types, supports only case-sensitive matches, and restores the full list when the search is cleared.
