Enhanced timesheet visuals for manager comments and comp time requests
A yellow alert icon now brings greater clarity to timesheets by highlighting two key scenarios: manager comments and pending comp time requests. When used for comments, the icon appears next to the relevant time entry and is visible to both managers and employees, promoting clearer communication. For comp time requests, the icon displays next to the associated overtime code when a request is awaiting review or approval. Once a request is resolved, the icon is removed and the time is automatically reclassified under Overtime or Comp Time, with standard visuals applied.
🔄 Updates
Exports now reflect pay rate changes during the pay period
The Job Tracking Time Activity Daily Summary (Pay Period) export now adjusts pay rates automatically based on their effective dates. This ensures payroll data aligns with employee timesheets and internal reports.
Time Off

Coworker visibility settings now work exactly as configured
Time Off views now align with your selected coworker visibility setting. Whether visibility is limited to managers, employees, both, or hidden entirely, the system adjusts automatically based on user role.
🔄 Updates
Time Off tabs now sort by date automatically
Default sorting has been applied to all Time Off tabs for a more consistent experience. The Requests and Upcoming Time Off tabs now load with dates in ascending order (earliest to latest), while the Time Off History tab loads in descending order (most recent first). Users can still change the sort order by clicking the Date column.
My Portal

See your scheduled vs actual hours right in My Schedules
Employees can now view scheduled hours alongside actual worked hours in the My Schedules view. If pay rate access is granted, scheduled and actual amounts are also shown. These details appear in the Weekly and Bi-Weekly views.
Platform
✨ Enhancements
New name format option available for system compatibility
A new name display format, Last Name - Middle name - First name, is now available. This format supports alignment with external systems such as QuickBooks Online and can be selected in both Global Settings > Name Format and the Initial Setup Wizard > Display Format.
