Mobile UI now enforces all coworker visibility configurations
The mobile app now fully respects your “Show Time Off Coworkers To” setting, ensuring consistent visibility rules for both employees and managers when viewing or requesting time off.
Default date sorting applied to Time Off tabs across web and mobile
Time Off views now open with consistent default sorting:
Requests – earliest to latest
Upcoming Time Off – earliest to latest
Time Off History – most recent to oldest
This change reduces the need for manual sorting and keeps information organized across devices.

ADP RUN integration improvements: Support for 1099 workers and clearer error handling
We’ve improved the ADP RUN integration to better support contractor payroll and make error messages more actionable:
Send hours for 1099 workers: Time data for 1099 contractors now sends with the correct earning code so it appears in the right column in ADP RUN.
Invalid job code guidance: Clear instructions are provided if a job code exceeds ADP RUN’s 6-character limit, with the option to send hours without the invalid job.
Pay period lock notifications: Users are informed when previously sent data blocks new submissions, with options to resend or proceed with existing data.
Open timesheet conflict steps: A new two-step guide helps resolve open timesheet conflicts before resending hours.
