The WorkEasy Kiosk App installs on iPad (iPadOS) and Android tablets from the official app stores. This article explains how to download and install the app and identifies the information required to proceed with kiosk activation.
Before installing the Kiosk App, review Device Requirements for the WorkEasy Kiosk App and Tablet Setup Best Practices for the Kiosk App.
After installation, continue with Create a Kiosk in WorkEasy and Activate a Kiosk on a Tablet.
Before you begin
The tablet meets minimum OS and hardware requirements.
The tablet is connected to a stable Wi-Fi or mobile network.
You have the Company Code and Activation Code required for kiosk activation.
Install on iPad (iPadOS)
Open the App Store.

Search for WorkEasy Software Time Kiosk.
Select the app, then select Get.

Wait for installation to complete. When the button changes to Open, the app is installed.
Select Open to launch the app.

Continue with: Activate a Kiosk on a Tablet.
Install on Android tablets
Open the Google Play Store.

Search for WorkEasy Software Time Kiosk.

Select the app, then select Install.

Wait for installation to complete. When the button changes to Open, the app is installed.
Select Open to launch the app.

Troubleshooting installation issues
App not appearing in the store
Confirm the tablet meets OS requirements.
Confirm you are using an iPad or an Android tablet. Phones are not supported.
Confirm the app store region matches your location.
Unable to install due to storage
Remove unused apps or files.
Maintain at least 500 MB of available storage before installing.
Download stuck at Pending or Waiting
Reconnect to Wi-Fi or confirm mobile data is active.
Restart the tablet.
Retry the download from the app store.
