Before Work Order Capture can be configured in Reporting Hours, an administrator must enable the feature in Platform Configuration.
Before you begin
You need administrator access to Global Settings.
Work Order Capture is disabled by default.
Enabling this setting makes Work Order Capture available in Reporting Hours.
Enable Work Order Capture
Go to Global Settings > Platform Settings > Platform Configuration.
Select Time and Attendance.
Locate Enable the option to configure Work Order Capture.
Check the box.
Click Save.
You will see confirmation prompts before the page reloads Select Yes, then Reload to continue.
What happens next
After this setting is enabled, Work Order Capture becomes available as an option in Reporting Hours. If this setting is disabled, Work Order Capture does not appear in Reporting Hours, and existing Job Costing behavior remains unchanged.
