Use Work Order Capture to enter or scan a Project Number and Work Order Number when clocking in from the mobile app.
Before you begin
Your organization must have Work Order Capture enabled and configured.
Your Reporting Hours rule must use Mobile Clock In/Out.
Barcode scanning is available only if it is enabled by your administrator.
Clock in with Work Order Capture
Open the WorkEasy mobile app.
Tap Clock In.
On the Work Order Capture screen, tap Scan Barcode and scan the barcode or manually enter the Project Number and/or Work Order Number.

Review the values. Project Number values can be edited before continuing.
Tap Continue.

A confirmation displays that the operation was successful.

If Work Order Capture is required
You must enter or scan at least one value before you can continue. The Continue button remains disabled until a Project Number or Work Order Number is entered.
If Work Order Capture is optional
You can enter values or tap Skip Selection to continue without adding a Project Number or Work Order Number.
How barcode scanning fills the fields

Character limit
Project Number and Work Order Number each allow up to 25 characters. If a scanned or typed value is longer than 25 characters, shorten the value before continuing.
Transfers
When you transfer to a new work order, the Work Order Capture screen appears again. Enter or scan the values for the new time segment.
Returning from break
When returning from break, choose one of the following options:
Continue Previous keeps the previous Project Number and Work Order Number.
Start New Work Order opens the Work Order Capture screen so you can enter or scan new values.
