You can require employees to clock in and out only within approved locations by applying geofences to Reporting Hours rules. This combines the geofence feature with Reporting Hours to ensure compliance with location-based attendance policies.
Go to Global Settings > Time Tracking > Geofence and create the required fence(s).
Go to Global Settings > Time Tracking > Reporting Hours.
Select an existing or create a new rule for the company, group, or employee.
Select an Immediate or a future date for Effective Start Date.
Open the Mobile Clock In/Out section.
Check Enable Location and Enforce Geofence.
Click to add an allowed geofence(s).
Select the desired geofence and click OK.
Click Save.
