Set Up a Geofence

Geofences ensure accurate work hour tracking by restricting punches to a designated area, such as an office, job site, or specific work zone.

Add a Geofence


  1. Go to Global Settings > Time Tracking > Geofences, then click Add.
     

  2. Enter a location Name and search for the area using an address, city, ZIP code, or coordinates.

  3. Use the drawing tools to select the geofence area.

  4. Click Save.

  5. Link the geofence to your reporting hours.

Remove a Location

  1. To remove a location from active use, click Archive.
     

  2. To restore archived items, apply the Archived filter and select the item.

  3. Click OK to confirm.
