My Portal
🔥 Hotfixes
- Fixed a My Portal Time Off issue when submitting a multi-day time off request where, if the daily time off exceeded the available balance, the time off request could not be submitted.
🔧 Fixes
- My Portal Profile Documents issue where an “Unauthorized access" message was displayed when viewing the File Info of a shared document.
- Fixed a My Portal Profile Documents issue where the “# item(s) inside” description in the Folder Info screen included documents not shared with the employee.
Time & Attendance
🚀 Improvements
- The “Expand All” setting in the Employee Timesheets now persists across employee timesheets.
🔥 Hotfixes
- Fixed an issue where Salary NonExempt employees were awarded their salary multiple times in a single pay period.
- Fixed an issue where the Who’s In could not be printed.
🔧 Fixes
- Fixed an Employee Timesheets issue when the Pay Period Configuration had a start time other than 12 am where the punch for the current day was displayed at the bottom of the timesheet.

- Fixed a Weekly Patterns issue when editing a Weekly Pattern with the “Every two weeks” recurrency option where shifts could only be archived from 1 of the 2 weeks.
Human Resources

- When adding/editing a Work Hours Definition rule, the Full Day/Half Day fields now support time values less than 1 hour.
🔧 Fixes
- Fixed a Work Hours Definition issue where the default rule did not have a rule name in newly created accounts.
Time Off

- For new accounts, the “Comp Time” Time Off Type now has a default Balance Type of Comp Time instead of “Balance is not tracked”.
Employee Management

- Improved the user experience when adding new employees to the Employee List
- Added the “Show only required fields” toggle

- Added an x button to remove the Archiving Status in the Advanced Filter(s) of the Employee List.

- The geolocation of punches is no longer tracked unless the Enable Geolocation setting is enabled in the Reporting Hours.
- Fixed an Initial Setup Wizard issue when adding a Worked Hours break configuration where the “Deduct” field incorrectly displayed an error message.
