How to Add Assets
How to Add Assets
1. Select EasyHR from the Product Menu
2. Click Assets in the Left Nav and select Asset List
3. Click and select
4. Fill in Criteria based on the settings table below and click
Setting | Description |
Name | Name of the asset |
Description | Describe the asset's purpose or reason it is being assigned (Optional) |
Serial Number | Serial number assigned to the asset (Optional) |
Status | Whether the status is Available, In Repair, or Retired |
Category | |
Acquired Date | Date the asset was assigned to the employee |
Purchase Price | Price of the asset, if applicable |
5. Once the asset has been added, you can assign it to an employee and check the assignment history
