Define how employee data is mapped between Oracle NetSuite and WorkEasy Software.
Open employee fields
Go to Global Settings > Integrations > Oracle NetSuite > Employee Fields tab.
Expand and configure each required field category.
Required fields
Pay Frequency
Employee Type
Employee Status
Each required field must be configured with a selection of at least one item before saving.
Optional fields
Groups
Configure a field
Select the corresponding NetSuite field.
Save your selection.
Save configuration
Once all selections are made, click Save.
Next, proceed to configure employee sync: Manage Oracle Net Suite Connection.
