Connect WorkEasy Software with Oracle NetSuite to facilitate the synchronization of employee information and the transfer of payroll data. You can link multiple Oracle NetSuite accounts.
Before you begin
Administrator access to Oracle NetSuite
Oracle NetSuite OAuth 2.0 Consumer Key
Access to your authenticator app if two-factor authentication is enabled
Open the integration
Go to Global Settings > Integrations > Oracle NetSuite.
Click Start.
Go to Create Consumer Key for the Oracle NetSuite Integration for steps on how to get your Oracle NetSuite OAuth 2.0 Credentials Consumer Key before proceeding.
Enter your Consumer Key.
Click Connect. You are redirected to Oracle NetSuite.
Authorize in Oracle NetSuite
Log in to Oracle NetSuite.
Enter your 6-digit verification code.
Click Submit.
If prompted, select a role with the privileges required to complete the integration.
If the selected role does not support OAuth access, choose a different role.
Review the access request and click Continue.
After authorization, you are redirected back to WorkEasy Software and taken directly to the integration configuration screen.
Proceed to configure employee field mapping: Configure Employee Field Mapping for Oracle NetSuite.
