How to Configure Time Clock Clocking Permissions
The Time Clock In/Out Reporting Method must be enabled in the Reporting Hours for employees to appear on the Time Clock.
- Go to Global Settings > Devices > Time Clock Permissions > Company, Group, or Employee.
- Select the applicable Role: *Employee or Administrator.
- Configure the permissions:
- Click
to select the time clock group to add.
- Another option is to select the All Time Clock Groups checkbox.
- Click the Time Clock icon.
- Another option is to select the All Time Clocks checkbox.
- Select the applicable time clock.
- Use the field Search by Name or Serial Number for the applicable time clock or use the filter.
- Click OK.
- Click Save.
- Click
- You may view the time clock assignments for employees by clicking View Assignments.
- Click the applicable employee. or search them by ID or name. Their assigned clocking rule is displayed.
* Note:
- Administrators have access to all time clock functions, such as:
- Employees can clock in/out via fingerprint, proximity card, or PIN #.
