Time Clock Clocking Permissions

How to Configure Time Clock Clocking Permissions

The Time Clock In/Out Reporting Method must be enabled in the Reporting Hours for employees to appear on the Time Clock. 

  1. Go to Global Settings > Devices > Time Clock Permissions > Company, Group, or Employee.
  2. Select the applicable Role: *Employee or Administrator.
  3. Configure the permissions:
    1. Click to select the time clock group to add.
      1. Another option is to select the All Time Clock Groups checkbox.
    2. Click the Time Clock icon.   
      1. Another option is to select the All Time Clocks checkbox.
    3. Select the applicable time clock.
      1. Use the field Search by Name or Serial Number for the applicable time clock or use the filter. 
    4. Click OK.
    5. Click Save.
  4. You may view the time clock assignments for employees by clicking View Assignments.
  5. Click the applicable employee. or search them by ID or name. Their assigned clocking rule is displayed.
