Who can view this
Managers viewing an employee timesheet.
Employees viewing My Timesheet.
Prerequisites
The employee’s overtime configuration has OBBBA OT Classification enabled.
The timesheet contains results for Qualified OT or Non-Qualified OT greater than 0.
Where the values appear
Pay period summary
At the top of the timesheet page, the pay period summary displays totals for Qualified OT and Non-Qualified OT when values are greater than zero.

Daily summary header
Each day includes a header summary row. If Qualified OT or Non-Qualified OT exists for that day, the values appear in the day header.

Where the values do not appear
Qualified OT and Non-Qualified OT do not appear inside the detailed time entry section for a day. Day details continue to display worked and paid time codes only.

Qualified OT information icon
When Qualified OT appears in the timesheet summary, an information icon appears next to the Qualified OT value.
Hovering over the icon displays a tooltip.
The icon does not trigger navigation or open a new window.
Troubleshooting
Qualified OT and Non-Qualified OT are not visible
Confirm OBBBA OT Classification is enabled in the overtime configuration.
Confirm the timesheet generated overtime outputs.
If QOT and NQOT are both zero, the labels do not appear.

Prerequisites
OBBBA OT Classification is enabled.
Qualified OT hours are greater than 0 for the pay period.
The employee has a pay rate or job rate available.
The viewer has the privilege to view pay rates.
Where the premium appears
The estimated premium appears as an information icon next to the Gross Payment label in the timesheet header.

View the premium estimate
Locate the Gross Payment label in the header summary.
Look for the information icon next to the label.
Select the icon to open the premium popover.

Premium popover
When you select the icon, a popover appears anchored to the icon.
The popover displays:
An estimate label such as Estimated qualified premium.
The estimated premium amount formatted as currency.
An informational message indicating the value is not final payroll data.

How the premium estimate is calculated
The estimate is calculated using Qualified OT hours and the applicable employee rate.
Formula:
Base rate × 0.5 × Qualified OT hours.
Inputs used
Employee pay rate or job rate.
Qualified OT hours.
If the employee is salaried, WorkEasy converts salary to an hourly rate using the existing salary conversion logic.
Weighted or blended rates are not used in this version.
Troubleshooting
The premium icon is not visible
Confirm Qualified OT hours are greater than 0.
Confirm the employee has a pay rate or job rate configured.
Confirm the viewer has the View Pay Rates privilege.
If any condition is not met, the icon remains hidden.
