Built-in Time Off reports, which are called Standard reports in the software, provide predefined views of employee time off balances, accruals, requests, and usage. All built-in reports use the same report viewer and follow the same steps to run and preview results.

Before you begin

Confirm that you have access to Reports and permission to view Time Off reports.

Open a built-in Time Off report

  1. On the left navigation, select Reports.

  2. In All reports, use the search field or filters to locate a report under the Time Off category.

  3. Select the report name to open it in the report viewer.

Set the reporting period

  1. In the Report viewer, select the date range or reporting period options available for the selected report.

    Available date controls vary by Time Off report.

Apply filters

  1. Use the filters in the Report viewer to refine the report results.

    • Filter by employee.

    • Filter by time off type.

    • Filter by request status.

    • Filter by employee status or archive status.

Run and preview the report

  1. Select Preview.

    The report displays on the right side of the screen.

  2. Optional. Select Preview as PDF to view the report in PDF format.

  • Time Off Balance Summary

  • Time Off Detailed Accruals

  • Time Off Overview

  • Time Off Request Details

Report output

The report output depends on the selected Time Off report and applied filters. Totals, balances, and groupings vary by report type.

Column headers reflect the time off data included in the selected report.
