Create a custom Time and Attendance report by selecting a report type, choosing the columns you want to see, applying preferences and filters, and optionally scheduling automated delivery.
On the left navigation, select Reports.
Before creating a new report, use the search field and filters to review existing Time and Attendance reports to avoid creating duplicates.

Select Create report, then select Time and Attendance.

In Report creation, enter a name in Name.
This name appears in the reports list after you create the report.
Select a Report type.
In general, summary reports do not show specific clock in and clock out times, and detailed reports do.
Optional. Select an Assign tag value.
In Report columns, choose the fields you want on the report.
Use Available fields to find fields.
Review the selected fields in Selected fields.
Drag fields in Selected fields to change the column order.

In Report preferences, select the options you want for this report.
View in decimals shows time values as decimals rather than minutes and hours.
Other available options vary by report type.
In Formatting and sorting, configure how the report displays and sorts results.
Select a Display zero hours format option, such as Dash (-).
Optional. Configure available sorting and grouping fields, such as ordering employees and grouping employees.
Optional. Select a Signature/disclaimer value if your report type supports it.
Optional. In Job costing filter, select a Job if job filtering is available for your report type.

In Employee filters, select the filters you want to apply, such as Employee archive status, Employment status, FT/PT status, Employee type, and Groups.

Optional. To schedule delivery, turn on Automate report and complete the scheduling details.
Enter an automation Name and confirm the Status.
In Emails, enter recipient email addresses separated by commas.
Select Delivery frequency, Delivery time, and Time zone.
Optional. Select Parameters if available for your report type.
Select Create.

Click Preview or Preview as PDF to review the results.

The report appears in the reports list.

You have the option to add the custom report to your favorites, duplicate it, edit it, or delete it.
