Run a Built-in Scheduling Report in WorkEasy.team

Built-in Scheduling reports, which are called Standard reports in the software, provide predefined views of employee schedules, open shifts, and availability. All built-in reports use the same report viewer and follow the same steps to run and preview results.

Before you begin

Confirm that you have access to Reports and permission to view Scheduling reports.

Open a built-in Scheduling report

  1. On the left navigation, select Reports.

  2. In All reports, use the search field or filters to locate a report under the Scheduling category.

  3. Select the report name to open it in the report viewer.

Set the reporting period

  1. In the Report viewer, select the date range or reporting period options available for the selected report.

    Available date controls vary by Scheduling report type.

Apply filters

  1. Use the filters in the Report viewer to refine the report results.

    • Filter by employee, location, or position, depending on the report.

    • Filter by schedule criteria or open shift attributes, when available.

Run and preview the report

  1. Select Preview.

    The report displays on the right side of the screen.

  2. Optional. Select Preview as PDF to view the report in PDF format.

Report output

The report output depends on the selected Scheduling report and applied filters. Groupings and totals vary by report type. Column headers reflect the scheduling data included in the selected report.
