This release’s enhancements bring the WorkEasy Time Kiosk App to mobile phones and helps managers find the time off requests they need with new advanced filters. It also introduces clearer view labels in Time Off and improved navigation for iPhone users who use larger text.

Use the WorkEasy Time Kiosk App on mobile phones
The WorkEasy Time Kiosk App now supports mobile phones. When the app runs on a phone, it automatically switches to a layout designed for smaller screens, giving organizations another option for setting up a shared clock-in station.
Time Off
Time Off views now show labels
The view switcher on Time Off → Requests for managers and My Portal → Time Off for employees now shows a text label next to each icon, making it easier to tell the table and calendar views apart.
Find the right Time Off requests faster with advanced filters
Managers and administrators can now narrow the Time Off Requests list by employee details such as employment status, employee type, time status, groups like location or department, and custom fields. Select the filter icon to open the Advanced Filter(s) panel. Applied filters stay in place when you switch between the table and calendar views. The existing search and the time off type and status filters are unchanged.
General
Improved navigation on iPhone with larger text
The navigation menu now stays visible and available when larger text sizes are enabled on iPhone, so users can reach every navigation option without reducing their text size.
