This release introduces improvements to kiosk authentication, integrations, reporting reliability, and scheduling flexibility. These updates make employee clocking faster, improve data synchronization, and help ensure reports and calculations remain accurate.

Time and Attendance
QR code clocking for Kiosk App
Employees can now clock in and clock out by scanning a QR code. The QR code is generated in the WorkEasy Mobile App and scanned at a kiosk, providing a faster and contactless clocking experience. QR code clocking is supported on the WorkEasy Kiosk App for iOS and Android tablets.
Refreshed Kiosk App design
The Kiosk App interface has been refreshed with a new design that makes clocking and authentication faster and easier while improving visual consistency.
Scheduling
Scheduler notes for employee visibility
Administrators and managers can now create notes directly from the scheduler, and employees can view those notes on their calendar.
Safer project and job assignment updates
Project and job team assignments now merge more reliably for users with limited visibility, helping prevent existing assignments from being accidentally removed.
Reports
Track Qualified OT with new OBBBA overtime classification
WorkEasy now supports OBBBA OT Classification, helping organizations track Qualified OT (QOT) and Non-Qualified OT (NQOT) and view an estimated qualified overtime premium for reporting and review.
When enabled, QOT and NQOT appear in web timesheet summaries when values are greater than zero. Users with the View Pay Rates privilege can also view an estimated premium through a Gross Payment information icon when Qualified OT hours exist.
To support compliance tracking and reporting, WorkEasy now includes two standard reports available to all customers:
• OBBBA Premium Summary
• OBBBA Premium Daily Summary
These reports extend the existing Timesheet Summary and Timesheet Daily Summary formats with OBBBA tracking columns.
Estimated premiums are provided for visibility and tracking purposes only. Customers should confirm final applicability and amounts with their payroll provider or advisors.
Duplicate report name warning and validation
Report creation now warns users when a duplicate report name is entered and prevents duplicate names from being saved.
Questionnaire Detailed Report includes response date
The Questionnaire Detailed Report now includes the date the questionnaire was answered, making it easier to track completion timelines.
Integrations
Expanded ADP Workforce Now integration options
The ADP Workforce Now integration now supports sending raw punches and allows multiple ADP Worker Categories to map to a single WorkEasy employee type, providing more flexibility for payroll workflows and employee type mapping.
