Everyday employee tasks are easier in the redesigned mobile app

Employees can now reach the tasks they use most through a redesigned WorkEasy mobile experience. Streamlined navigation provides quicker access to clocking, schedules, timesheets, time off, and other self-service tools through the updated Home, Schedules, Timesheet, Time Off, and More areas.Available features continue to depend on each company's configuration and permissions. For more details, see New Mobile Experience for Employees.

Mobile app rollout: The redesigned experience is being released to employees in phases. iOS users may be able to update through the App Store before the update reaches them automatically, while Android availability will depend on the Google Play rollout.

Strengthen timesheet approvals with signatures and acknowledgments

Organizations can now require employees, managers, and Timesheet Admins to acknowledge an approval statement, provide a drawn signature, or complete both requirements before submitting or approving a timesheet. Requirements can be configured by pay period and apply across supported web and mobile approval workflows. Each response is recorded with the approval activity, giving organizations a clearer record of who approved the timesheet and how the approval was completed.

Reports

Questionnaire Detailed Report supports Skip To responses

The Questionnaire Detailed Report now includes questionnaires that use the Skip To option, allowing customers to review responses and follow each respondent's question path accurately.

Timesheet Status Summary adds review and attestation details

The enhanced Timesheet Status Summary report provides a clearer view of the complete approval process. Administrators can see whether an employee reviewed the timesheet, who submitted it, every person who approved it, and whether required signatures and acknowledgments were completed. The report displays the most recent approval process, helping administrators review approval activity from one consolidated report.

Job Weekly Timesheet Summary adds Job Costing filters

Administrators can now filter the Job Weekly Timesheet Summary report by Job Costing data before running it, consistent with filtering available in other Job Costing reports.
