This release introduces Training in HR Data Management, so administrators and managers can create, assign, and track employee training in WorkEasy Software. It also adds text labels to the Time Off view switcher and lists the supported ADP systems on the ADP Workforce Now integration page.

HR Data Management
Training
Administrators and managers can now create, assign, and track employee training in WorkEasy Software. Go to HR Data Management → Training to:
Create one-time or recurring training.
Choose how employees complete training: by visiting an external link, reading and acknowledging content, uploading proof, or getting manager sign-off.
Assign training to everyone, specific groups, or individual employees, with flexible due dates and notifications.
Track progress, send reminders, review submissions, and complete assignments in bulk.
Employees can view and complete their training and review their training history in My portal → Training → My Trainings.

Time Off
Time Off views now show labels
The view switcher in Time Off → Requests for managers and My portal → Time Off for employees now shows a text label next to each icon, making it easier to tell the table and calendar views apart.
Integrations
Supported ADP systems listed on the ADP Workforce Now integration page
The ADP Workforce Now integration page in Settings → Integrations now includes an ADP systems integrated section that lists ADP Workforce Now, ADP Workforce Now Next Generation, and ADP TotalSource®. This makes it easier to confirm whether the integration supports your ADP product. Setup and sync are unchanged.
