We’ve made several improvements across Scheduling, Platform, and Time and Attendance to improve visibility, reporting accuracy, exports, and timesheet privacy controls.

Enhancements

Time and Attendance

Hide amounts in Timesheets

Super admins can now control whether amounts appear in the timesheet view. A new Timesheet Preferences option allows organizations to hide displayed amounts while maintaining payroll processing functionality.

This update helps reduce accidental visibility of employee wage information and supports more secure payroll review workflows across worked hours, overtime, and time off entries.

Frozen Punches Exception Report

A new Frozen Punches exception report is now available to help administrators identify and review punches flagged as frozen.

Scheduling

Daily Notes access for view-only schedulers

Schedulers and supervisors with the View Schedule privilege can now view Daily Notes directly within Scheduling without requiring full schedule management access.

Users with only the View Schedule privilege can access Daily Notes in read-only mode, while users with both Manage Schedule and View Schedule privileges can continue to view and add Daily Notes.

Time Off

Upcoming Time Off: Print and Report

A print option is now available on the Time Off > Requests > Upcoming Time Off page, allowing users to print the current view directly from the page.

An Upcoming Time Off report type is also now available under Reports > Time Off. The report includes configurable columns such as Date, Time Off Type, Hours, Status, Submitted By, and others, and can be built and saved like any other custom report.

Holiday Offset Behavior for Holiday Time Off Type

Admins can now configure how holiday hours are handled when an employee works on a system holiday in Global Settings > Time Tracking > Time Off Code Configuration, visible only when the selected time off type is Holiday.

Admins can select one of three behaviors: Keep both Holiday and worked hours, Reduce the Holiday hours by worked hours (flooring at 0:00), or Remove Holiday hours if employee works. The toggle Transform worked hours while time off is in effect allows configuring the holiday offset to be applied first for the time code transformation to then run against the worked hours.

Exports

Additional scheduling fields added to Exports

New fields have been added to the Schedules export data provider to provide more complete scheduling data for reporting and external processing workflows.

  • Color

  • Criteria

HR Data Management

Redesigned Termination Reason Settings

Termination Reason settings have been updated with a new three-panel layout and fixed Termination types to simplify reason management and improve consistency across HR experiences.

What’s improved:

  • Added fixed Termination types: Death, Resignation (Voluntary), and Termination (Involuntary)

  • Termination reasons are now grouped by the selected termination type

  • Added support for creating custom reasons directly within the settings screen

  • Added default termination reasons for each type

Improved Termination Management in Employment Status

We’ve updated the Employment Status experience to make termination management clearer and more consistent.

What’s new:

  • Added new Termination types:

    • Death

    • Resignation (Voluntary)

    • Termination (Involuntary)

  • Termination reasons now automatically filter based on the selected Termination type

  • Termination-related fields only display when an employee is marked as Terminated

  • Updated terminology throughout the experience for improved usability and consistency

These enhancements help simplify employee record management while creating a more intuitive HR experience.
