Bulk employee updates
Administrators can now update multiple employee records from a guided bulk edit workspace, making employee maintenance faster and more consistent. The streamlined workflow reduces repetitive manual updates while helping ensure data accuracy across multiple employees. For more details, see Employee Bulk Edit.
Enhanced employment record management
Employment records now provide a simpler and more flexible way to manage employee history, employment details, status, and compensation. Administrators can add history entries, edit existing history records, and choose whether future records are preserved or updated after the selected effective date. Time and Attendance
Barcode scanning for Work Order Capture
WorkEasy now supports Work Order capture, allowing organizations to capture project and work order information without requiring traditional job setup. Administrators enable the feature through Platform Configuration and Reporting Hours. Employees can enter or scan values during clock-in, transfers, and return-from-break, managers can review and update captured values on timesheets, and Job Tracking Timesheet Daily Summary (Per Pay Period) exports now include Project Number and Work Order Number as separate fields. Questionnaire navigation improvements
Questionnaires now support a Submit questionnaire skip destination, allowing administrators to direct respondents to the final review page from any configured Skip to action. This enhancement is available across Web, Mobile, Kiosk, and Time Clock experiences, helping streamline questionnaire navigation while preserving the review process before submission.
Reports
Customizable job timesheet report headers
Administrators can now customize the Job Timesheet Daily Summary report header by including selected employee information, providing additional context and making reports easier to review.
Exports
Improved Balance Details Export Accuracy
Improved the Time Off Balance Details export to provide more accurate, complete, and useful balance details when exporting data for a selected date range.
