Notification Preferences

Notification Settings enable you to configure alerts that require your attention or serve as reminders. For example, you can specify that a reminder for clocking in/out is sent to your email. These guidelines demonstrate how to establish notifications.

  1. Click the user account menu and select Notification Preferences.

  2. Select the applicable type of Notification.

  3. If you are an employee, Global is your notification type. The other notification types are available for managers and admins.
     
     

  4. Select or deselect the applicable checkboxes for how you wish to receive or not receive notifications: Email, Web App, and/or Mobile App

  5. If you wish not to be disturbed during a timeframe, click the Do not disturb dropdown, select Enabled, and select the From and To timeframes when you do not want to receive notifications. 

  6. Click Save.

     

  7. Your newly added notification will appear under Notification Preferences. You can change (Edit) or remove (Archive) this notification and also Add a new one by clicking the ellipsis.
