Map Data Between WorkEasy Software and ADP Workforce Now

This guide shows you how to map employees and related data fields to sync WorkEasy Software with ADP Workforce Now (ADP WFN). Proper mapping ensures that WorkEasy can accurately submit employee hours and other key data to ADP WFN.

Prerequisite

Make sure WorkEasy Software is already connected to ADP WFN. If not, follow these steps: Connect WorkEasy Software to ADP Workforce Now

Steps

  1. In WorkEasy, go to Global Settings > Integrations > ADP Workforce Now

  2. Begin the mapping process by reviewing the following sections:

Pay Schedules & Groups

  • What ADP WFN calls a Pay Frequency is called a Pay Schedule in WorkEasy.

  • Select the corresponding WorkEasy Pay Schedule from the dropdown on the right. 

  • Note: Terminology may differ slightly. For example, Biweekly in ADP WFN maps to Bi-Weekly in WorkEasy Software. 

Additional Mapping Sections

  • Employee Data Mapping: Align key employee fields between both systems.

  • Hours Mapping: Ensure hours tracked in WorkEasy sync correctly to ADP WFN.

  • Time Off Sync: Match time-off types to keep time-off data consistent.

If you need to add categories before mapping:
