PINs let employees clock in and out by entering a numeric code at the time clock. This article shows administrators how to assign a PIN to an employee on the device.
Before you begin enrolling fingerprints, proximity cards, or PINs, make sure the employee has already been added to the software.
Prerequisites
The employee is already added in WorkEasy Software.
You have administrator access to the time clock.
You are at the physical time clock device.
Instructions
Tap the hamburger menu.

Select an authentication method.
Super admin System Users must use the key.

Tap Users.

Select the employee you want to enroll.

Tap PIN.

Enter the desired PIN and tap OK.
The employee can now clock in and out using the assigned PIN.
