The Selfie Enrollment feature allows employees to submit a facial image using any device with a camera, via a secure link sent by email or SMS. This image is used to enable clock in/out on the Xenio F1000 facial recognition device.
Note: A manager must first send a Selfie Enrollment request. For setup instructions, see: How to Manage Selfie Enrollment
Mobile Selfie Enrollment
Open the link sent via SMS or email.
Tap Start to begin the enrollment.
Use your device’s camera to take a selfie.
Review the photo:
Tap Submit to enroll the selfie.
Tap Retake if you want to try again.
Once submitted, your selfie will be uploaded to the system. You’ll then be able to clock in and out using facial recognition on the Xenio device.
Desktop Selfie Enrollment
Open the Selfie Enrollment email on a device with a webcam.
Click the Selfie Enrollment link in the email.
Click Start.
Click Take Selfie to activate your webcam.
Review the image:
Click Submit to enroll the selfie.
Click Retake if needed.
The selfie will be uploaded to the software, allowing the employee to use facial recognition for clocking in and out.
