Facial Recognition Enrollment (Xenio Devices)

Applies only to Xenio Facial Recognition devices.

Steps

1. Tap the menu icon (☰) on the device.

2. Choose an authentication method to verify that you are the device’s administrator.

Note: Super admin System Users must use the physical key to access the menu.

3. Tap Users from the menu.

4. Tap the name of the employee you want to enroll.

5. Tap Face.

6. Tap the capture icon to begin enrollment.

7. Ask the employee to look directly at the front-facing camera.

Enrollment Tips

• Enroll up to three facial profiles per employee for accuracy.

• Ensure the face is clearly visible.

• If the employee wears accessories like glasses or hats, enroll one profile with and one without them.

• Hair must not cover the face.

• Ears must be visible.

• Face masks are not allowed.

For best image quality:

• The employee should stand still.

• The employee must look directly into the camera.

Once the image preview appears, facial recognition enrollment is complete. The employee can now clock in using facial recognition.
