However, there are times when manual tracking might be a better fit for tasks that require close supervision, cost approvals, or flexible allocation. Auto-transfer is perfect for businesses that prioritize speed and accuracy in project tracking, as it helps reduce errors and improve time clock management.
Go to Global Settings > Devices > Time Clock Settings > Company, Group, or Time Clock.

Select the applicable Language & Region and Home Screen Date Style.
Select the applicable Default Job and the checkbox Enable Auto-Transfer.
Click Save.
