The WorkEasy Kiosk allows employees to record time using a shared tablet at an approved location assigned by their company. Available actions on the kiosk depend on Reporting Hours, break rules, and clocking configuration set by the company.
Before you begin
You are physically present at an approved kiosk location.
The kiosk displays the correct company or location name.
You know your PIN, if required.
If your name does not appear or you cannot complete a punch, contact your manager.
Select your name
Locate your name on the kiosk welcome screen.
Use the search field to filter the list if needed.
Select your name.

The initial authentication step may vary based on company configuration:
Employee ID only
PIN only
Employee ID followed by PIN
Enter your PIN (if required)
Some employees may not be prompted for a PIN. PIN requirements are defined by your company’s kiosk
If prompted, enter your PIN using the on-screen keypad.
Select OK.

If the PIN is incorrect, clear the entry and try again.
Select an action
After authentication, the kiosk displays the buttons available, which depend on the clocking configuration assigned to you.
Example:
Clocking behavior
Quick punch
A single Clock In and Clock Out button is displayed.
The system determines the punch type based on your last punch.
Break buttons appear only if break rules are configured.
User selection with Smart Clocking enabled
Only the valid action button is displayed.
Clock In appears when you are clocked out.
Clock Out appears when you are clocked in.
Break and Transfer options appear only when allowed. (Break buttons appear only when break rules are configured. Transfer appears only when job costing and transfers are enabled.)

All allowed action buttons are displayed.
Options may include Clock In, Clock Out, Start Break, End Break, or Transfer.
Optional comments
A comment field appears only if enabled.
Comments may be required or optional.

Punch confirmation
The kiosk confirms the action.
Time is recorded automatically.
A confirmation message appears.

Log out
Select Log out if the option is displayed.

The kiosk returns to the welcome screen.
Common issues
Name not displayed
Your kiosk access may not be assigned through Reporting Hours or kiosk permissions. Contact your manager.
PIN not accepted
Re-enter your PIN. If the issue continues, request a PIN reset.
Photo capture
If enabled, a photo is saved with the timesheet for manager review. Photo capture is not face recognition.
Using another kiosk
You can punch only at kiosks assigned to you.
