Before managing OOS and USCH, you must configure them.
Unplanned Work (USCH) refers to any hours logged by an employee without a corresponding scheduled shift. These hours are automatically classified as USCH unless a manager manually reviews and reclassifies them.
Out-Of-Shift (OOS) refers to hours worked outside of an employee’s scheduled shift, either before the shift begins or after it ends. Employers can choose whether these hours should be paid or ignored. WorkEasy Software provides configurable options to approve or flag these hours for manual review automatically.
