Questionnaires in WorkEasy allow you to gather important feedback or confirmations from employees at specific moments in their workday. Whether you’re checking in on health and safety, confirming compliance procedures, or gathering quick operational data, questionnaires make it easy to capture responses directly at the point of action.

In this example, we’ll walk through a demo questionnaire called End-of-Shift Equipment Checklist. This checklist helps ensure that all tools are returned, equipment is in good condition, and any issues are reported before employees finish their shift.
