Add questions to a questionnaire

The Questions section in WorkEasy Software lets you create and manage the individual questions that make up your questionnaires. You can use Yes/No, multiple choice, numeric, or open-text formats to capture the exact information you need.

In this example, the questions are part of an End-of-Shift Equipment Checklist used to confirm that tools and equipment are returned, clean, and in working condition before employees finish their shift.

How to add a question

  1. Go to Global Settings > Time and Attendance > Questionnaires > Questions.

  2. Click Add.

  3. In the Question field, type the question you want to ask.

  4. Select the Answer Type (for example, Yes/No).

  5. Click Save to add it to your list.

Tip: You can create multiple questions in advance and then assign them to a questionnaire later for quick setup.
