My Portal

🚀  Improvements 

  • Added Pooled Hours and Cash Out labels to the Time Off column in My Time Off.

🔧  Fixes

  • Fixed a My Portal Schedules issue where employees could not be assigned open shifts after a time off request had been cancelled on the same day(s).

 

 

Time & Attendance

⭐ New Features

  • Added the Break Waivers & Penalties feature
    • Added the “Enable the option to configure break waivers & penalties” setting to the EasyClocking Advanced Settings.
    • Added the Waivers & Penalties section to the Breaks options.
    • Added Break Waiver, Attestation, and Penalty modals to the following clock in/out devices:
      • Web Clock (easyworkforce.net)
      • Kiosk
      • Time Clock Devices
      • Mobile App
    • Added Breaks Waivers & Penalties management options to the Employee Timesheets

Human Resources

🚀  Improvements 

  • When submitting a new Document Request, the Destination Folder field is now required.

 

 

Time Off

🚀  Improvements 

  • Time off entries added from the Scheduler and Employee Timesheets are now displayed in the Time Off Requests feature.
    • In the “Upcoming Time Off” and “Time Off History” tabs, time off entries added from the Scheduler and Employee Timesheets display the “Time Off Added” status with the option to delete the entry.
  • Added Pooled Hours and Cash Out labels to the Time Off column in the Review Requests feature.
    • Managers can now see if time off requests are pooled with other time off types or cashed out.
  • Changed the “Review Requests” section header to “Time Off Requests” in the Time Off Requests feature.

🔧  Fixes

  • Fixed a time off issue where, after deleting a Pay Period Configuration, employees assigned to the same Pay Schedule could not receive time off.

 

 

Platform 

🚀  Improvements 

  • Added the following options when configuring Overtime in the Initial Setup Wizard:
    • On the 6th Consecutive Day
    • On the 7th Consecutive Day
  • Improved the validation message when adding Automatic Breaks in the Initial Setup Wizard.
  • Improved spelling and grammar across the platform

🔥  Hotfixes

  • Fixed an issue where Time Off Types did not accrue time based on hours worked as configured for accounts with the old Time Off Policy Plan.

 

 

Reports/Exports

🚀  Improvements 

  • Added the “Created By” Column to the Time Off Accrual Detailed report.
    • The "Created By" column displays the name of users who have adjusted accrual balances and the date of adjustment.

🔧  Fixes

  • Fixed a Timesheet report issue where Salary Type rows were duplicated.
