How to link your ADP Workforce Now account with Workeasy Software

Connecting Workeasy Software to ADP Workforce Now
1. Open the Global Settings 
2. Click Integrations to expand the options and select ADP WorkForce Now
3. Click 
at the top-right of the screen
4. Click 
to copy the Workeasy Software account identifier to your clipboard
5. Click 
to go to the ADP Marketplace
* You must be logged in to ADP to access the marketplace
6. Click 
7. Click Edit
8. Paste the Workeasy Software account identifier into the Token field and click 
9. Click 
10. Accept the terms and conditions 
11. Click 
12. Go back to workeasysoftware.com and refresh the page 
13. Click 
14. Click 
15. Click 
(You will be brought back to workeasysoftware.com)
Configuration
1. Complete the required data mapping and
Pay Schedules & Groups
| Data Map | Description |
| Pay Schedules | Select the Pay Period Configuration to be linked to the ADP Pay Schedule |
| Worker Category | Map the Worker Category in ADP Workforce Now with the Employee Types in Workeasy Software |
| Groups | Map the Groups in ADP Workforce Now with the Groups is Workeasy Software |
Employee Data Mapping
The employee data is mapped for ADP Workforce Now and Workeasy Software by default.
Click 
if you want to map additional fields.
Hours Mapping
Map the Earning Codes in ADP Workforce Now to the corresponding Time Codes in Workeasy Software

3. Sync Employees
- Map the existing ADP employees with employees added to Workeasy Software
- If the employee has not been added to Workeasy Software, select "New employee in Workeasy Software". The employee will be added automatically with the required information from ADP.
4. Once all employees have been mapped, click 
Application
1. Go to the EasyClocking product area
2. Select a Timesheet from the Left Nav to Open the Pay Period Overview
3. Select employees
* At least one employee must be selected to Send the employee's timesheet data to ADP Workforce Now
4. Click 
and select ADP WFN to send the timesheet data to BambooHR
5. Click 
In ADP WFN:
1. Go to the Payroll Dashboard
2. Click
