My Portal
⭐ New Features
- Added a Location Pin button and Geolocation preview to the My Portal Clock In/Out screen in the mobile app.
- Employees can now see a preview of their geolocation before clocking in/out of the mobile app.

- Added the “First Rounds Down” Behavior option to the Rounding Rule settings.

Fixed an Employee Timesheet issue where the number of "Cash Out (Hours)" was not displayed on the timesheet.
🔧 Fixes
- Fixed an Employee Timesheet issue where punches crossing one pay period into the next were displayed in incorrect order of occurrence.
- Fixed an Employee Timesheet issue when assigning punches as a manager to future pay periods where the incorrect authentication method icon was displayed.
Scheduling

- The Search bar in the Advanced Filter(s) of the Scheduler has been removed.
- When adding Weekly Patterns from the Scheduler, the “Search” bar in the Advanced Filter(s) has been removed.
🔧 Fixes
- Fixed a Schedule Plans issue where the “Time zone” could not be edited when the “Supports multiple time zones” Time & Language setting was set to Yes.
- Fixed a Scheduler issue where, after selecting a view type other than Weekly by Employee and switching from one Schedule Plan to another, the Weekly by Employee view type was displayed instead of the active view type.
Time Off

- Improved the user experience for requesting and managing time off requests in the web app.
- Added the “Request Time Off” button to the Review Requests feature and My Portal Time Off Requests.
- Added the “Request Time Off” button to the Review Requests feature and My Portal Time Off Requests.
- Improved the “New Time Off Request” user interface for Time Off Requests in My Portal and Review Requests.
- Improved the “New Time Off Request” user interface for Time Off Requests in My Portal and Review Requests.
- Added the “Upcoming Time Off” and “Time Off History” tabs to Review Requests and My Portal Time Off Requests.
- Time off requests can be approved, denied, or canceled directly from the “Upcoming Time Off” tab.
- The My Time Off screen now displays information panels with summarized information for each applicable Time Off Type.

- Fixed an Employee List Profile issue where the Effective Date of the Positions Group could not be backdated.

- Added BambooHR to the available Integrations in the Global Settings.

- Added the “Location” Report Column to the Daily Attendance Report Type for Time & Attendance reports.
- Added the following settings when adding/editing a “Baseline” Schedules Report Type:
- Include paid breaks in the actual Hours calculation
- Include paid breaks in the actual Cost calculation

- Fixed a Time and Attendance reports issue where the Timesheet Detailed report could not be run for some accounts.
Time Clocks & Kiosk
⭐ New Features
- Added the Selfie Enrollment feature for employees to enroll selfies via SMS and email to clock in/out with Xenio facial recognition devices.
- Added the “Manage Selfie Enrollments” Privilege.
- Added the “Selfie Enrollment” settings to the Time Clocks Global Settings.
- Added the Selfie Enrollment section to the Credentials tab in the Employee List Profile.
- Added the “My Portal” button to the Employee Time Clock Menu options.
- The “Pay Period” option is now available for employees to view their hourly activity within current the Pay Period as well as a “Daily Summary” for each day.
- The “Punches” option is now available for employees to view their Clock In/Out activity for the current and previous day.

- Once an employee is terminated, the employee’s biometric data is deleted from EasyWorkforce.
