How to Change Employees' Time Entries on Timesheets

 

By following these instructions, you can easily make adjustments to employees' timesheets, ensuring accurate time tracking and approval.

  1. Navigate to Time and Attendance > Timesheet.
  2. Select an employee to open their timesheet.
  3. Locate the time entry you wish to change and click the clock icon .
  4. Make your adjustments and click the confirmation button.
  5. Click the ellipsis and select Approve Timesheet.
  6. The change takes effect instantly.
