We periodically implement updates to enhance the time clocks’ performance, improve security, and introduce innovative new features. Please note that these updates are not automatic. Our dedicated Customer Service team will contact you when an update is available for your device. Please refrain from attempting to update your time clock until you receive communication and instructions from us. Once you have received the go-ahead, please follow these steps.
Ensure the time clock is connected to the internet and the cloud.
Tap the menu.
Authenticate as an administrator.
Tap About Device.
Tap System Updates.
Tap Download Updates Manually and wait for the download to complete.
NOTE: The Preferred Update Time for automatic updates is not available at this time.
To exit this screen, scroll down and tap Cancel.
