Turn Off Employee Required Fields

If you need to prevent users from selecting more than one value in a group structure dropdown, you can disable the Multiple Selection option for that group. This is typically used in configurations where a single selection is required for accurate reporting, workflows, or downstream integrations.

To turn off multiple selection:

1. Navigate to Global Settings > Platform Settings > Group Structure.
   

2. Select the applicable group, then click the ellipsis (three dots) and choose Group Structure.
   

3. Click the applicable group again, then click the ellipsis (three dots) and choose Edit.
   

4. Clear the checkbox labeled Multiple Selection and click Save.
