In this section, you can define when you’re available or unavailable to work. Availability rules can be created for specific days and times, and you can repeat them weekly or indefinitely.
Go to My Portal > Availability.
Enter a Name and an optional Description.
Set a Start Date and, if needed, an End Date or keep it Infinite.
Choose the repeat pattern in Rotation such as Every Week.
All-day status for each day
Each day shows two dots you can toggle:
Green means available all day, 12:00 A.M. to 11:59 P.M.
Red means unavailable all day, 12:00 A.M. to 11:59 P.M.
Click a dot to toggle between available and unavailable.
Add a custom time block
Click the + on the grid at the desired hour.
In Add, choose Day of the Week, set Start Time and End Time, and check Available if this block is available. Uncheck to create an unavailable block.
Select Save.

Manage availability sets
After you click Save, you return to the list of availability sets. Each row shows the set Name and its Effective dates.
Availability details opens the set in read-only mode so you can review blocks and dates.
Add availability adds a new time block to the selected set.
Edit availability opens the grid so you can modify blocks, dates, or rotation.
Archive availability deactivates the set. Archived sets no longer apply to scheduling.
To create another set, select Add availability from this page or return to the grid and define a new pattern. Only one set can be active for the same date range. Adjust dates if sets overlap.
View and recover archived availability
If an availability set is archived, you can still view its details or recover it from the main list.
Select the Advanced Filter icon in the upper-right corner of the list to show archived sets.
Click the archived set so that it appears highlighted in red. From the action menu on the right, you can:
Select Recover Availability to reactivate it.
Open Availability Details for archived sets to review time blocks, start and end dates, and rotation pattern.
Click Add Availability to create a new set while keeping archived ones for historical reference.
