Set Up Two-Step Verification

Two-step verification adds an extra layer of security to your WorkEasy Software account. With an authenticator app, you generate a time-based code on your phone that you must enter each time you log in. Follow the steps below to complete the setup.

Before you begin

  • Install an authenticator app on your phone, such as Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator.

  • Have your phone and a desktop browser available.

Set up steps

  1. Log in to your WorkEasy Software account.

  2. On the two-step verification screen, select Set up for Authenticator app.

  3. A QR code appears on your screen.

    • Important: Do not click Next until after you scan the QR code with your phone.

  4. Open the authenticator app on your phone and scan the QR code displayed on your computer.

  5. The authenticator app generates a temporary security code. Enter this code in the Two-step verification code field in WorkEasy Software, then click Next.

  6. A list of recovery codes appears. Save these in a secure location, then click Continue.

  7. A confirmation message appears. Two-step verification with an authenticator app is now active for your account.
