Navigation
Click Global Settings, select Time Tracking, then choose Alerts.
Click the plus icon and select Add.
Audience: Select Manager or Employee.
Alerts: Choose an Alert (see the Alerts Overview below).
Name: Name of the Alert.
Enabled: (Yes) or disable (No) the alert.
Alert Rules (Configuration): Set up time durations (if applicable).
Scope: Select if the alert applies to a specific group.
Who to notify: Designate the Recipient (manager, supervisor, or administrator), if applicable.
Click Save to activate and assign the alert.
