WorkEasy Software offers a streamlined process for setting up kiosks, making it easy for employees to clock in, clock out, or take breaks. Follow the steps below to create and activate a kiosk.
Prerequisites
Ensure a reporting hours rule allows employees to clock in and out using a kiosk.
Ensure a clocking PIN has been assigned to each employee.
Log in to your WorkEasy Software account.
Go to Time and Attendance > Kiosks > Ellipsis > Add.
Enter a unique name for the kiosk.
Take note of the activation code that appears. You'll need it shortly.
Select the applicable location.
Click Save.
Copy the kiosk activation URL and paste it into a web browser.
When the kiosk page loads, enter the activation code and click Activate.
The kiosk is now ready for employee use.
