We're constantly working to make your experience seamless. This release includes valuable improvements across multiple areas of the platform.  

• Time and Attendance

FMLA requests now require a reason

Employees must select an FMLA reason before submitting requests. This helps ensure all submissions are complete and consistent across web and mobile.  

• Scheduling

New Scheduled Hours reports for clearer staffing insights

A new suite of Scheduled Hours reports gives you a complete view of staffing, from high-level rollups to detailed breakdowns by employee or criteria such as location or department.    

  • Scheduled Hours by Criteria Detailed: Lists scheduled hours by criteria with employee breakdowns and subgroup totals.

  • Employee Scheduled Hours Summary: Shows each employee’s total hours across teams/tasks.

  • Scheduled Hours by Criteria Summary: Aggregated totals of hours, shifts, and employees by team/task.

  • Employee Scheduled Hours Detailed: Daily schedule view for one employee, including shifts and breaks.

Quick access dropdown for schedule plans

Admins can jump directly to frequently used schedule plans from a new dropdown menu without scrolling the full navigation list. The dropdown shows all plans, including favorites, for faster daily workflows.

ADP Workforce Now

Employee sync now uses work email

Employee sync matches by work email to keep records aligned across systems and reduce manual cleanup when personal and work emails differ.

Clearer guidance when payroll data is being corrected

When ADP is still processing payroll data, you’ll now see clear instructions explaining the status and next steps, so you know exactly when to proceed.

Multi-employee search now remembers selections

When searching for multiple employees, your selections are now preserved between queries, which makes batch processing faster and more reliable.

Clearer guidance for resolving employee number conflicts

If hours cannot be sent because of a duplicate or conflicting employee number, the message now explains what happened and provides steps to resolve the issue before resending.

Improved eligibility logic for sync

The integration now automatically excludes terminated and inactive employees during sync. This keeps your employee list clean and up to date while saving time in managing records.

• Devices

Fingerprint enrollment is now more reliable on Time Clock

Fingerprint enrollment completes more consistently and returns you to the expected screen after a successful scan, making onboarding smoother for employees.  

Questionnaire follow-up questions now display correctly on Time Clock

Follow-up questions now appear as expected in questionnaires, even when the form contains only one main question. This ensures employees see all the right prompts.

Group selection in announcements now saves accurately

When creating announcements, your selected groups are now saved exactly as chosen, ensuring messages reach the right audience every time.
